Will you be driving to the Crowne Plaza Saturday and/or Sunday morning for the 2019 Spring Symposium
Below is important information to assist you in getting parked and to your session on time.
- We suggest that you plan to arrive at the hotel 30-45 minutes prior to sessions starting at 8:45am to expedite entry into the parking lot and to pick up your registration materials. (Come and grab a bite to eat or a beverage at the Cash n' Carry Snack Bar and review your conference materials before the sessions begin.)
- It is recommended that you use a credit or debit card to pay for your parking (when you exit the parking lot at the conclusion of your day) to expedite your exit from the parking lot.
- Parking is $14 per day (maximum).
- If you will be paying via cash (does not apply to credit/debit card users):
- There is a "Pay on Foot" station location just outside the Conference Center.
- You must pay for your parking before heading to your vehicle.
- You will be allowed 30 minutes to exit the parking lot after paying at the "Pay on Foot" station. (The screen will display 15 minutes, but the hotel has extended the time to 30 minutes for OTAC attendees.)
